• 2 year course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
• Degree in Aeromechanical Engineering
• Professional Army Training in the Army
• 18 month Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University
• 22 years Senior Management Experience in a competitive Food Contract Packing Company supplying Tesco, ASDA, Waitrose and Whittard of Chelsea where quality and service standards have to be exceptional
